A White Lake Township man accused of sex crimes against a 13-year-old faces three felonies and a misdemeanor, and has since bonded out of jail.

Douglas Marcel Corbeau, 21, is charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, as well as harboring a runaway involving a Waterford Township girl.
The Oakland Press typically doesn’t name alleged victims of criminal sexual assault, or minors purported to be victims or perpetrators of crimes. The charges against Corbeau stem from an incident earlier this month.
Corbeau spent a few days in the Oakland County Jail after he was arrested on Jan. 16. He was released Jan. 20 after posting 10 percent of a $25,000 bond.
Corbeau’s next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 29, for a probable cause conference before 52-2 District Judge Kelley Kostin. A preliminary exam, for the judge will decide if the case proceeds to circuit court, is scheduled for Feb. 5.
