A Waterford Township woman faces felony drug charges after she was arrested at her home with cocaine, hydrocodone and more than $44,000 cash, officials said.
Brittany Nicole Carritti, 36, is charged with delivery/manufacture of 50-224 grams of cocaine and possession of less than 25 grams of a controlled substance – hydrocodone. She’s held in the Oakland County Jail with bond set at $350,000.

Detectives from the Oakland County sheriff’s Narcotics Enforcement Team took Carritti into custody at her home in the 100 block of Goldner Avenue on Tuesday. Confiscated from her home were 128.3 grams of cocaine powder, 18.45 grams of crack cocaine, 90 hydrocodone pills and $44,249 cash, according to the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office. More evidence “suggesting drug sales” was also confiscated, the sheriff’s office said.
In a news release about the arrest and charges, issued Thursday, Sheriff Mike Bouchard praised the efforts of NET.
“Overdoses from opioids and synthetics are still prevalent in our community and across America, taking countless lives,“ Bouchard stated. “ We must do all we can to educate, prevent, treat and assist those struggling with addiction or who are being poisoned unbeknownst to them. But those that profit from this pain and suffering must be held to account and I look forward to this woman facing the bar of justice.”
Carritti’s next court appearance is scheduled for a probable cause conference before 51st District Judge Todd Fox.
