A Pontiac man will spend seven years in prison for distribution of illicit drugs in West Virginia, as sentenced in federal court Tuesday.
Larry Williams Jr., 53, admitted he sold methamphetamine and heroin to a confidential informant in Huntington, West Virginia last year. A search of his residence in Huntington turned up methamphetamine, heroin, fentanyl, crack cocaine, digital scales and hundreds of dollars in cash, according to the Department of Justice.
After he’s released from prison, Williams will be on probation for three years.
United States District Judge Robert Chambers imposed the sentence.
Huntington, located along the Ohio River, is West Virginia’s second most populous city.
